Faye sees the finished home, not just the drawings. She caught things the homeowner and the architect missed, from master vanity & toilet conflicts, to a powder room that only needed prep for wallpaper, instead of a full demolition job, to precise lighting heights, incredible tile layouts, and granite selections that came in under budget! Those are the details that make a renovation feel custom instead of close enough.
She is easy to work with, organized, and showed up at the end to hang art and close out punch items most designers walk away from. I believe her effort and incredible attention to detail, helped create the perfect home renovation and really increased the value and equity of the house.
