This project began during the construction phase, and carried through seamlessly into the interior design. Every space was thoughtfully curated to reflect the lifestyle of a city family seeking a coastal retreat—a place to gather, recharge, and make lasting summer memories.
Designed with seven bedrooms, including custom bunk beds that comfortably sleep twelve, the home balances scale with intimacy. The interiors embrace a transitional coastal style, layering accent blues, natural tones, and warm wood elements with subtle touches of unique, cottage-inspired details. The result is a vibrant yet timeless home, designed for both relaxation and celebration by the bay.
project highlights:
"Working with FR Interiors has been an asset to our projects. Being involved from the construction design phase helps streamline decisions early and keeps the job moving efficiently on site. Faye is consistently one step ahead with cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, and finish coordination, which minimizes delays and last-minute changes. She understands construction, communicates clearly, and brings creative, practical solutions that transition seamlessly from build to interiors making the entire process easier for both the builder and the client. She is a key part of the team who makes the workflow seamless, with no surprises added at the finish line."
