This project took place in Long Beach Island, where we were brought on after the homeowners purchased the property to elevate the interiors and better reflect their style and coastal lifestyle. Their vision focused on clean, modern lines, natural finishes, and subtle hints of blue inspired by the surrounding water. Over the course of three months, the transformation included wallpaper and paint selections, a redesigned fireplace, new lighting throughout, and a fully furnished interior across the entire home. The result is a cohesive, refined LBI residence that feels elevated yet relaxed, perfectly suited for beach living.

"I had the pleasure of working with Faye shortly after we purchased our new construction home. What started as a spec house quickly became something much more personal and refined under her guidance. From the beginning, she understood our vision and took full control of the process in a way that made everything feel seamless and manageable.
Within a very tight timeline, she transformed our home in just 10 weeks so we could move in comfortably. She redesigned our fireplace wall, introduced new lighting throughout, added wallpaper in key areas, and replaced standard builder mirrors with more decorative pieces that brought character and warmth into the space. Every decision felt intentional and elevated.
