This project in LBI, we were brought on during the build to lead construction selections, working closely with the builder and homeowners. We guided finishes, materials, and details to create a timeless coastal beach house that feels relaxed, refined, and ideal for family living. Soft neutrals, layered textures, natural wood accents, and custom millwork were thoughtfully selected to enhance the home’s flow and functionality.
